NGN Numbers

Our basic service is to provide our customers with just a Non Geographic Number

0844 & 0845 numbers are actually issued to us so that we issue them to customers as a single point of contact for those businesses and public services which wish to have a national presence and identity. Unfortunately our 0845 numbers no longer come with any income generating opportunity.

From 1st September 2009 our 0845 numbers ceased providing the owner with an "Out-payment". (Though existing number owners will still receive this). However, they are very easy to get.

However! Our 0844 numbers still provide you with an out-payment. In fact it is better that what 0845's used to provide (now 1 pence per minute) and now its captured for all calls received in any 24 hour period. No more restriction of just being able to accrue over business working hours of 9 - 5. So we are encouraging our customers now to take up 0844 numbers. But! Of course 0845 number are still available.

All NGN’s come with the following in the following categories:

1. Standard        Free of Charge
   

2. Bronze           £100
   

3. Silver             £200
   

4. Gold              £500
   

5. Platinum        £1000+
   

Some clients prefer to have a more memorable number. To order your Easy To Remember (ETR) number, or find out what sort of number you could get that fits your requirement (Not s free 0844). Simply get in contact with us. Just tell us which type of number you are interested in, or would like to have or and we'll look at seeing what we can do for you. Normally takes a couple of days. However, it can sometimes take a little longer to exactly tailor a number to your requirements and business.

Please note that if your would like three free 0844 numbers we will try where possible to make sure they are sequential numbers.

0845 SERVICE - No income

Caller pays the current local call rate (peak, evenings or weekends) for each call made. As of 1st September 2009 this out-payment scheme is not available.

We can currently port (move) numbers from BT, C&W, Energis and Your Comms and eliminate the charges billed. NO out payments can be made on 0845 numbers ported over.

0844 SERVICE( Local call rate – fixed tariff) - 0.1ppm income

The caller pays a average fixed rate of 3.40p per minute at all times no matter where they call from in the UK. We make an out-payment  to you of 0.1p per minute at all times (24 Hrs a day).

Any organisation with inbound off-peak and weekend calls should consider the benefits of this service and if you a a large organisation and wish to discuss your specific requirements, feel free to contact us.

0870 SERVICE - This service now cost you 2.5 ppm

Ofcom changes mean that we can no longer offer the same service on 0870 numbers and if you wish to keep your 0870 number you will now have to pay for the use of this number. It still gives the caller a national rate number to call.

Customers with very large amounts of incoming call traffic or wish to discuss their individual requirements should get in contact with us straight away.

0871 NATIONAL RATE CALLS (FIXED TARIFF) - Now a Premium Rate No

We believe that any business who has a high level of incoming call traffic and currently uses 0870 telephone numbers should consider the prospect of using our 0844 service.

The caller pays a fixed rate of 10p per minute at all times no matter where they are calling from in the UK.

Customers with very large amounts of incoming call traffic and are interested in the prospects of the 0871 service, or just wish to discuss their individual requirements should get in contact with us straight away.

0800 & 0808 SERVICE

This is a low cost freephone service that is highly competitive. Especially as there are no setup fees or monthly line rental.  The rate is 4.95p per minute with no connection or rental charges. Please note there is a minimum call spend is £25 per month.

There are no out-payments for this service.
