For Any Orders That Will Require A Non Geographic Number To Be Terminated/Directed On A Mobile Or VOIP Phone. Please Read The Following.......

If you are ordering a NGN and your Terminating number is a Mobile Number there is a monthly minimum call charge of £10 per month. Please select the first download selection below. Fill in the AGM Telecom Service Agreement form and if you know your 0845 number, enter it in the space provided (otherwise enter NYK and one will be provided for you) and enter your mobile number under the "Destination Number" heading.  Similarly, If you require an 0845 number for your VOIP/internet phone, you will also have to complete a paper service order agreement. We do require a signed agreement before we can proceed with either of these two services. You can download the forms below.

For all of our services other than the FREE NGN services, there is a standard fee. However, this is adjustable if your company size or call spend is currently high. We are extremely willing to discuss with you your company's calling plans and provide you with a cost effective and modern individual price.

All prices shown (where appropriate) are shown excluding VAT. Please bear with us in responding to your order. To keep the service down to zero charge, we run a manual system. All orders will normally be turned around within 2 working days. Thank you....
