0844 Products and Services

We supply a variety of different Non Geographic numbers that range from free of charge standard numbers, to memorable numbers with a one off cost.

Please see below for an example of numbers with their corresponding prices.

There are no set up fees, no annual cost or rental charges. Charges will only ever be incurred if you change the landline number (that the 0844 is directed) more than once during a 30 day period (£20 service charge).

You select where your 0844 rings and when. One number could be office number, the second could be a home number and the third could be a mobile number.( Please note that there is a charge where calls are diverted to a mobile - please 0844 to Mobile).

You can have as many options as you want - the first 3 options are £30 pa +vat, any options thereafter are £15 pa + vat each. (Instructions will be provided).

AdTrackerTM - £50 pa + vat

As the name implies. This service helps you track your adverts and work out which are most successful. It is simple to use and can be set up straight away. Visit www.adtracker-online.com for more details.

Voicemail - £30 pa + vat

Voicemail option is an easy and useful service to have on your number. Voicemail can be activated when you wish. You can have the option of voicemail kicking in if the phone is unanswered after 4 rings* or if the line is engaged, an email is sent to a nominated email address and you simply dial up our voicemail line 08456 44 44 44 enter your pin, and then retrieve your messages anywhere in the world. (* you are able to decide how many seconds or rings before voicemail is activated). Instructions will be provided.

Number Divert - £30 pa +vat

With this feature you can never miss a call ever again. If your 0845 is unanswered or if it is engaged the divert can switch the caller over to an alternative number or to a call centre who can answer your call. The divert can also go through to a voicemail or can switch to a mobile number (extra charges apply). You decide.

0844-to-Mobile - £50 pa + vat

0844 numbers (& all other NGNs) can be diverted to a mobile for added flexibility.

Price:

1. £10/month, includes 100 inbound minutes
   

2. Anything after £10 is charged at 10p/inbound minute
   

3. Direct Debit is required
   

Fax2Email - £50 pa + vat for 1st number. £20 pa + vat fpr all subsequent numbers

If you receive many faxes then this option is a must have for any business. Fax2Email does exactly what it says, it delivers faxes to your email address. We set an 0844 number to a nominated email address and then you publicise the number as your fax line. With this option you eliminate the need for a fax line saving an annual £165+ charge for a fax line. All faxes are sent as a PDF file and are stored on your computer for records. You print out what faxes you want, no wasted paper or ink on junk faxes.

Email2Fax - £50 pa + vat

Email2Fax enables you to send faxes from your email address. Simple instructions are provided and the price is as follows:

1. £10/month minimum charge
   

2. Individual faxes charged at 5p/minute
   

3. Direct Debit required
   

STD Routing – The cost is dependent on the level of sophistication required

For multi-branch/office companies we can deliver calls on an STD code basis. The cost is dependent on the level of sophistication required. Could be 2 or 3 offices or could 50 or 100 branches. Please contact us to discuss individual requirements.

CLI/0845 Delivery - £50 + vat (one off charge)

This service delivers your 0845 number as your CLI on outbound calls.

Dialed Number Display - £30 pa + vat

Where you have a display phone, this service will show you the number the caller has dialed. This will enable you to know if it is a business call coming in on the 0845 number or private call coming in using the normal landline number.

Information Link - The cost is dependent on the level of sophistication required

We can provide you with an 0845 number that delivers calls to a pre recorded message. The message can be as long or as short as you wish. We can record your message with a professional voice over or provide you with the ability to record your own message, which you could change every day, if required.

Virtual Switchboard (IVR) - The cost is dependent on the level of sophistication required

The service allows you to direct calls to the appropriate department or office without the need to employ an actual receptionist.

Calls are distributed to different locations depending on the time of day.

Specific Date - £50 pa +vat

Calls are delivered based on specific dates.

Day Distribution - £50 pa +vat

Calls are sent to different locations depending on the day of the week.

Ratio Distribution - £50 pa +vat

Calls are distributed to different locations depending on a pre-determined percentage of the total calls.
